Going independent gave me the control over my schedule I needed to spend more time with my son while continuing the craft I love—solving problems, making systems reliable, and leaving homes better than I found them. I serve the greater Cleveland area, and will repair any property up to an hour’s drive away. I will not work on any property owned by private equity. If you are a landlord seeking service, you must show me the respect of speaking directly to me. I will not discuss work or book appointments with your “AI Assistant” or your property management company.
